Pre-Game Phone Call

Here are some tips on how we do the “Pre-Game Phone” call.

Your strategy is to:

  • CALL

  • Use our Landing Page

  • Review or go through it with them ✅

Script:

“Hi there! I am ________, your chef for the virtual Nutrition show on _____ @ ___ pm.  You’re helping _____ earn a free gift and she’s pretty excited about it! Do you have a few minutes for us to talk before the demo? Great! Thank you!”

Technology Touchpoint:

“Are you near a computer or somewhere you could get online? Great! Let’s go to http://www.amazingenterprisellc.com/virtualshow. This is our pre-dinner website that shows you what you’ll need for the demonstration and has some other information.

You will also want to watch our presentation on your computer to be able to access the zoom as well as another website — do you have a laptop you can use for the presentation on ______?

Can the computer or laptop go in your kitchen? We will do a few things there and then also watch the slides and my demo on-screen.”

Please review the dinner sequence with your future guests:

1. What you can expect?

We will show you ____________. Please allow 90 mins for the demonstration. (You can allocate more time to ask questions as this is intended to be interactive)

2. What do you need to have on hand?

Baking soda and 4 different types of pans to cook on the stove, a 1 cup measuring cup and a teaspoon … this is so you can conduct a cookware test that I will show you.  Also, one fresh carrot and grater is needed because we will be conducting a veggie test. Will any of those be a problem?

3. Prior to your demonstration, please check out the documentaries on our landing page.  And please text me once you watch them and have the items together.

Gathering Background Information (Lifestyle Questionnaire)

Please refer to your Green sheets

Note:

  • Asking Polite questions

  • Express Genuine Concern

  • Explain the reason why you are asking those questions to “customize your presentation” according to their needs.

Conclusion:

  • Thank them

  • Obligate

  • Remind

  • Excite

Script:

“Thanks for taking the time to go over that with me. I’m looking forward to seeing you on Zoom @__ pm on Wednesday! If you’re sure that works for you, I’m going to make sure I have a babysitter for the kids, get the groceries for the dinner and have it all cleaned up in here. _____ will be so grateful you are helping them earn a free gift!

Don’t forget to text me once you’ve got those items and had a chance to watch the short videos! Then, I will text you the link to our Zoom meeting.

So, I will see you IN YOUR KITCHEN on ______ @ _____pm!”

Words to Avoid:

  • “Watching” and “Participating”

    • So they don’t think they just sit and watch

  • “You”, “y’all” or “you guys” or “You and _____”

    • To drive home the point that this is for both spouses to attend

  • “Buy baking soda” or “Find”

    • They can get some from a neighbor if they’re afraid to go to the store
