After the sale
Let them know you will be sending their tracking information for the delivery of their Saladmaster Set as soon as it is available.
Make sure you provide updates regarding any delays, backorders or any other issues regarding the shipment of their product.
In the meantime, keep them excited with notifications of upcoming cooking classes, add them to our Saladmaster Owners group on FB (Ask Iris), send SM Sizzler Videos or Naomi’s Corner videos, Keep their excitement and engagement HIGH! (This is not the time to upsell)
Have customer select meal (something easy with just a few ingredients) and provide grocery list that includes white vinegar and eggs.
Schedule for the day of or Day after package arrives. Let them know that you will unpack the Shipment together.
If they are hesitant, kindly request if you can “install” together and after that they can take advantage of all that SM has to offer as little or as much as they want but knowing the basics comes with the cookware and you will always be there if needed.

Allocate 30-45 minutes via Zoom. Always good practice to make sure they have verified with PCI if financed.
Unpack all items (verify with the Purchase Order Form). Reassure not every piece comes with a handle. Have them wash with soapy water and vinegar (Show them 1 or 2 pieces if time is limited)

Mention that they don’t have to use the vinegar again unless they notice discoloration on the outside.
This occurs through high heat exposure for longer periods of time.
Also a good time to ask what kind of stove they have.
If it is Gas explain how the flames could look at different temperatures. Also note that iron marks on the bottom are normal.
Begin preparing one pan quick dish. If degreasing meat, star that first and review uses of the basket. Put ingredients in EOC/MP5 then discuss the probes function. (Temp, Time, RIC1/2 and what it looks like.)
Review medium heat is 350° F and low is below 200° F. In front of EOC book there is a temp guide. :)
Preheat griddle/skillet to medium and scramble eggs (preferably with no oil). Do this for them and have them show you how afterwards. Have them taste the eggs. Emphasize the egg no longer tastes like spray or what it was cooked in - TRUE flavor! Next, lightly spray and fry and egg. Since that piece is dirty demonstrate how to polish. Removing top, frequency, method, re-order.
BASIC COOKING TIPS
Use the right size piece; meaning 2/3 full or more. Locate inscription on piece.
Vapo Valve will click around 187° Fahrenheit.
When to preheat - Meats, Eggs, Pancakes, Other Griddle Items. Compare to
Grill or oven.
Vegetables are medium click low. Dry veggies need moisture (Broccoli,
Cauliflower, Sweet Potato) so add 1-3 Tbs of water.

Not enough moisture
Adapting Recipes: Cook at lower Temperature, for less time because SM
cooks faster/ Also likely to remove water or oil that is called for.
Timer starts after heat is reduced to low.

Remind them their billing statement might show the interest charge but as long as it is paid off by the date listed, they aren’t charged any.
